Delete Your Account

How to delete your Vronex account and personal data, from the Vronex app or by email, and what we keep by law.

You can delete the account you created with Vronex Enterprise (the vronexlighting.com website and the Vronex Android app) at any time. Deleting it is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete It in the Vronex App

  1. 1Open the Vronex app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to the Account tab.
  3. 3Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  4. 4Enter your password to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Request Deletion by Email

If you can't use the app, email vronexenterprise@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We may ask you to confirm the request before we act on it, and we will delete the account within 30 days.

What Is Deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details (email address and password).
  • Your name, phone number and saved delivery address.
  • Your wishlist.

What We Keep

  • Order and invoice records, for as long as tax and accounting laws in India require. They are unlinked from your account and are not used for marketing.
  • Product reviews you published stay on the website without a link to your account. To have them removed as well, mention it in your email to vronexenterprise@gmail.com.
